Terms and conditions.

These terms apply when you book or attend classes, workshops, course bundles, studio practice bookings, or private coaching through Inconspicuous Classes.

Booking and payment

  • Your place is secured only after payment has been completed and your booking is confirmed.
  • Online card payments are processed by Stripe Checkout. Inconspicuous does not collect or store card details.
  • For course bundles, one payment may cover several linked class bookings.
  • If a payment fails, expires, or is not completed, your place may be released.
  • If payment plans are offered for a specific course, the deposit secures your place and the remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated at booking.

Changes, cancellations, and rescheduling by Inconspicuous

  • Inconspicuous may cancel, reschedule, or adjust a class, workshop, studio booking, or coaching session if necessary.
  • If Inconspicuous cancels a paid class or workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another suitable booking.
  • Course details, including teacher, venue, dates, or times, may change if a teacher is ill, a venue becomes unavailable, or another practical issue arises. We will contact affected students as quickly as possible.

Attendance and participation

  • Participation is at your own risk. Inconspicuous is not responsible for injury or loss/damage to personal property during classes, workshops, studio bookings, coaching, or related activities.
  • If you miss more than two sessions of a multi-session course, and those sessions cannot be made up where available, you may be asked to retake the course before progressing or taking part in a related performance.
  • Please arrive on time, participate responsibly, and respect the room, venue, teachers, and other students.
  • Students may not bring guests to classes unless agreed in advance.

Conduct

  • Drugs, alcohol, tobacco products, and e-cigarettes are not permitted during class. Anyone suspected of being under the influence may be asked to leave.
  • Inconspicuous does not tolerate inappropriate verbal, physical, or sexual conduct toward students, teachers, staff, or guests.
  • Dangerous, criminal, violent, or intentionally damaging behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund and refusal of future attendance at Inconspicuous activities.
  • Inconspicuous may deny or remove attendance to anyone who does not comply with these terms.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. Refund requests must be made in writing before the relevant booking begins.

No refund is given if a student is removed because of a breach of these terms.

Media

Classes and workshops may sometimes be photographed, filmed, or recorded. If photography or filming is planned, we will aim to make that clear. If you do not want to appear in photos or video, tell the teacher or organiser before the session begins.

Studio bookings and coaching

  • Studio practice bookings are confirmed only when approved and paid.
  • Studio users are responsible for using the space respectfully and leaving it as they found it.
  • Private coaching inquiries are requests, not confirmed bookings. A coaching session is confirmed only after the teacher/organiser agrees the time and any required payment is completed.
