Refund policy.
Refund requests must be made in writing before the class, workshop, studio booking, or coaching session begins.
Classes and workshops paid in full
- More than 14 days before the start: 80% of the total fee is refunded.
- Less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the start: 50% of the total fee is refunded.
- Less than 7 days before the start: no refund is issued.
Bundles
If you booked a bundle that includes more than one class or workshop, the refund window is calculated from the first included class or workshop start date, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Payment plans
- If payment plans are offered, the deposit secures your place.
- Refunds are calculated from the total course or workshop fee and are capped at the amount you have paid at the time of cancellation.
- If the remaining payment is not completed and no written cancellation request is received before the relevant deadline, your place may be released and the deposit may not be refunded.
Studio bookings and coaching
Studio bookings and private coaching sessions are handled case by case. If you need to cancel or move a confirmed booking, contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or transfers depend on timing, teacher/studio availability, and whether the booking has already been prepared or held for you.
Additional conditions
- No refund is given if a student is removed from a class or activity because they violated the terms and conditions.
- If Inconspicuous cancels a paid class or workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another suitable booking.
- Refund requests must be made in writing and received before the booking begins.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the request.
How to request a refund
Email sarah@inconspicuous.eu with your name, booking email, order reference if you have it, and the class/workshop/booking you want to cancel.
