Questions or requests can be sent to sarah@inconspicuous.eu.
What we collect
- Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, and booking notes.
- Booking and purchase history for classes, bundles, workshops, studio bookings, and coaching inquiries.
- Payment references and payment status from Stripe or imported WooCommerce records. We do not store card numbers.
- Admin notes needed to provide support, manage attendance, process refunds, or follow up on inquiries.
Why we use it
- To process bookings, payments, refunds, cancellations, and student support requests.
- To send practical information about classes, studio bookings, coaching, and waitlist places.
- To keep financial records and meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
- To understand class demand and improve scheduling, capacity, and operations.
Who we share it with
We share data only with services needed to run the business, such as Stripe for payments, Supabase for secure database storage, Netlify for hosting and serverless functions, and an email provider for transactional messages once email sending is enabled.
Teachers may receive the student or booker details needed to run a class, coaching session, or related activity.
Data retention
- Booking, order, payout, and invoice-related records are kept for up to 5 years after the end of the relevant financial year, unless Danish accounting rules require longer retention.
- Coaching inquiries and studio booking requests that do not become paid bookings are reviewed periodically and can be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
- Admin notes are kept only while they are useful for support, safety, financial, or operational reasons.
- Students can request a copy of their data or ask for non-essential personal details to be corrected, deleted, or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict use of your personal data. Some records may need to be retained where required for accounting, legal, dispute, or legitimate business reasons.
