Terms and Conditions

Inconspicuous reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop at any time. In the event of a cancellation, attendees will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their registration to a future workshop.
Participation in all classes is at your own risk. Inconspicuous is not responsible for any injury or damage to personal property that may occur during a workshop or course.

Inconspicuous does not permit the consumption of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products (including e-cigarettes) during class. Any student suspected of being under the influence will be asked to leave.
Inconspicuous does not tolerate inappropriate verbal, physical, or sexual conduct toward other students or instructors. Any student who engages in such behaviour will be removed from the class without a refund.
In the event of dangerous, criminal, or violent behaviour, participation will be terminated immediately without refund, and the individual will not be permitted to attend future Inconspicuous activities.
Students may not bring uninvited guests to classes without prior approval.
In the event of any dangerous, criminal, or violent behavior at Inconspicuous training, workshops, courses, or shows, this will result in the termination of the student’s course attendance with no refund of course fees. Termination is final, and the individual will not be permitted to attend future Inconspicuous activities.
Students are expected to act responsibly and respect the space. Any intentional damage to the venue or equipment may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Inconspicuous reserves the right to deny or remove attendance to anyone who does not comply with these terms.

If more than two classes are missed in a multi-session course, and cannot be supplemented by attending another session (where available), the student may be required to retake the course in order to progress or participate in a performance.

By participating in a course or workshop, you consent to photography, video, and audio recording that may include you. These materials may be used for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation.

Full payment or a deposit is required to secure your place in a workshop or course.
For bookings made using a payment plan:
A deposit is paid at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged approximately 7 days before the start of the course.
By selecting a payment plan, you authorise Inconspicuous to charge the remaining balance using your chosen payment method.
If the remaining balance is not successfully processed, you will be contacted and given a short period to complete payment. If payment is not completed, your place may be released.
