Improv Courses and Workshops

  • Inconspicuous reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop at any time. In the event of a cancellation, attendees will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their registration to a future workshop.
  • Inconspicuous is not responsible for any injury or damage to personal property that may occur during the workshop. Attendees participate at their own risk.
  • Inconspicuous does not permit the consumption of drugs, alcohol, or the use of tobacco products (including e-cigarettes) during class. Any student suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the class for that week.
  • Inconspicuous does not tolerate any inappropriate verbal, physical, or sexual conduct with other students or the class instructor. Any student who engages in such conduct will be removed from the class without a refund.
  • Students are not allowed to bring uninvited guests to classes without the prior approval of the instructor.
  • Inconspicuous is not responsible for any damages to material and/or personal injury that might happen during the course. Students are expected to act in a responsible manner in order to mitigate the likelihood of such injuries/damages.
  • In the event of any dangerous, criminal, or violent behavior at Inconspicuous training, workshops, courses, or shows, this will result in the termination of the student’s course attendance with no refund of course fees. Termination is final, and the student will not be permitted to take any further classes arranged through Inconspicuous.
  • If more than two classes are missed in a multi-class course or cannot be supplemented by attendance in another class (where available), the student will have to re-take the entire course to be able to proceed to the following level or participate in the performance.
  • Participation in a course means that you consent to film, photography, and sound recording, which may include you, as well as its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
  • Wanton destruction of physical class space, which includes but is not limited to the walls, chairs, lights, doors, and other property, will be referred to the relevant authorities.
  • Inconspicuous reserves the right to deny attendance to anyone who does not comply with the above terms and conditions.
