Join this 8-week Close Quarters format course, culminating in a showcase performance as part of Room With a View, directed by Eoin O’Sullivan. In this course, you’ll explore one of the most interesting and rewarding formats in improv.
A show where every scene unfolds in a single shared location, whether that’s a school, hospital, or space station, it becomes the show's world.
Together, we’ll develop the skills and techniques that make Close Quarters such an effective vehicle for great improv. Including strong character work, tone and atmosphere, show tempo, and ensemble storytelling.
You’ll learn how to build tension, sustain narrative, and create a memorable performance for both yourself and your audience. Come be part of a new team, a new show, and take your improv to the next level on stage.

👨🏫 Your Teacher
Eoin O'Sullivan
Eoin is an improviser, Radio/Podcast presenter, and audio producer. Through ten years of experience performing across Australia and Europe. Eoin has honed his storytelling skills on stage and on Mic. Now based in Copenhagen, he performs regularly as part of the SuperCut troupe, pushing the boundaries of narrative improv. As well as dipping into the less linear side of things from time to time.
